Our sessions are based on a style of massage that was born out of necessity. This style of bodywork was developed to address a specific issue: stiff, painful hips that resulted from prolonged sitting. By identifying this root cause, a powerful therapy was born that has been used to restore mobility and posture for thousands of years.
That is how we approach your session - we work with you to find the root of the issue and stop the pain and discomfort at the source. Using a mat instead of a table allows for dynamic, yoga-like stretches and deep compressions that release tension and improve range of motion in a way that typical massage modalities cannot. We combine techniques gained over 14 years of training in Thai massage, acupressure, Tui Na, deep tissue, medical massage, sports massage, and Yoga to create a personalized session. During each session, the massage therapist will use hands, forearms, elbows, and even feet to apply deep, targeted pressure and movement to address your specific needs and help you find lasting relief.
